PCOS/ PMOS nutrition that finally makes sense.
Kate Morton - Hormone & Metabolic Health Dietitian
One-on-one, evidence-based nutrition support for PCOS & PMOS — built around how your body actually works, not another restrictive plan.
You don't need another restrictive diet — you need a plan built for your body.
PCOS advice online is contradictory and often built around cutting things out. We'll focus on sustainable habits that support blood sugar, hormones, and how you feel day to day — with room for real food and real life.
