When appropriate, I offer advanced functional testing as an optional tool to provide additional information that may help personalize your nutrition care. Testing is only recommended when it is clinically appropriate and has the potential to meaningfully inform your individualized nutrition plan.
DUTCH Hormone Testing
The DUTCH (Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) measures hormone metabolites and cortisol patterns to provide insight into hormone production and metabolism. It may be considered for concerns such as PCOS, irregular menstrual cycles, perimenopause, fatigue, or ongoing hormone-related symptoms. Results are interpreted alongside your symptoms, medical history, and conventional laboratory testing.GI-MAP Stool Testing
The GI-MAP is a comprehensive stool analysis that evaluates the gut microbiome, digestive function, and markers related to intestinal health. For clients with persistent digestive concerns, it may provide additional information to help guide nutrition recommendations. Results are always interpreted within the context of your overall health and are not used to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

My Process
I believe nutrition should be personalized, practical, and rooted in evidence — not restrictive rules or one-size-fits-all advice. My approach combines nutrition science with a deeper look at the factors influencing your health so we can create a plan that is designed specifically for you.
1. Understand Your Whole Story
We’ll start by looking at your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, goals, and any relevant lab work. Understanding the full picture helps us identify what your body needs most.
2. Use Data to Personalize Your Plan
Your nutrition plan is built around your unique needs — not guesswork. When appropriate, we’ll use labs and real data to better understand areas like nutrient status, blood sugar, thyroid health, hormones, and metabolism.
3. Build a Plan That Fits Your Life
Together, we’ll create realistic nutrition strategies that support your goals — whether that’s improving energy, balancing blood sugar, supporting hormones, or optimizing your overall health. No extreme restrictions, just sustainable changes you can actually maintain.
4. Adjust & Grow Together
Your health changes over time, and your plan should too. We’ll track progress, make adjustments, and continue building habits that support your long-term well-being.
My goal: To give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to understand your body and make nutrition choices that support your health for years to come.
