About Me
I’m Kate Morton, MS, RDN — a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in women’s health, hormones, metabolic health, and evidence-based nutrition.
With 10+ years of experience in the nutrition and wellness industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping women better understand their bodies and use nutrition as a powerful tool to support their health. I earned my Master’s degree in Human Clinical Nutrition from the University of Alabama and have advanced training in integrative and functional nutrition, with a focus on areas including hormone health, PCOS, thyroid health, and metabolic wellness.
I’m also the founder of Funk It Wellness, a women’s health brand focused on using real-food nutrition to support hormone health and cycle wellness. Through building Funk It Wellness, speaking nationally, and educating thousands of women through content, podcasts, and community, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that personalized, evidence-based nutrition can have.
My approach combines clinical nutrition science with a functional lens — looking beyond symptoms to understand the bigger picture, including nutrition patterns, lifestyle factors, and lab data when appropriate. I believe the best nutrition plan is one that is personalized, realistic, and sustainable.
Whether you’re navigating hormone concerns, blood sugar challenges, thyroid health, or simply want to feel more energized and confident in your body, my goal is to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support to create lasting change.
